There's no reason to censor "unions" or the word "union" - it just adds to more confusion here. Might as well be clear if you're going to talk about it.

I no longer work at the siren but I work somewhere that is *****ized. Let me tell you, it is so nice. I made more as a barista than a SS at my licensed store and then was able to move elsewhere in the hospital. Still in the *****, and making more with great benefits. One of the downsides is that people aren't as motivated. The store I worked at had some of the laziest baristas cause they had contracts with the *****. That was really the only downside for me. But it seriously needs to happen for the siren. I've seen too many good baristas get pushed out due to shitty management. Being *****ized will help with that.
