So my stores AC unit broke on Sunday. For 8 straight hours I had to endure 98 degree heat to a point where I couldn't breath with the mask on. My body is covered in heat rash but the worst part is the company who is suppose to fix it sent a guy who we always ask for them not to bring because he never fixes anything. He came to our store and literally saw it was broken and left to another store forcing us to close all of Tuesday and losing a ton of business. This happened last year for 3 straight days but luckily we have a new DM who is amazing and made sure we didn't have to suffer through it again. Our pastries were melting, my clothes were stuck to my body, my parent who has a face tattoo that is covered up his make up melted away , and now I'm covered in heat rash. I'd do anything for my store and partners but that was pure tourtue.
