I’ve been getting bad vibes from all my coworkers, but particularly my female coworkers, who nitpick everything I do and kind of treat me like a new hire, even though I’m a trainer on my way to becoming a shift. meanwhile the coworker that I transferred with loves all those same people I find annoying, and they all love him and think he’s the best thing that’s ever happened to this store. I’m committed to making the best of this transfer but it’s been hard seeing him get along with everyone while I’m struggling.

the only thing keeping me optimistic is the fact that my SM and I get along great, and she’s enthusiastic about my growth with the company. if she were similarly condescending, or even just apathetic, I probably would have quit by now
