Just got told by customer I don’t know how to do my job (self.starbucksbaristas)

Ordered two white mocha frapps.
Asked me how many pumps went into their frapps, i told them two.
“You do know that it’s supposed to be THREE PUMPS right?”
“Well, it’s actually standard to use two pumps for both grande and venti”
“No. It’s three. I know this. You obviously don’t know how to do your job”
I explained, they argued, so I said goodbye and walked away. They waited at the goddamn window for an extra 3 minutes.
I’m so tired of these kind of people

Why wouldn’t they just ask for the number of pumps they want rather than arguing? Customizing drinks is a thing.

Oh wow, it finally makes sense to me that the drinks in the US taste so different to the ones where I live... Here it’s 2-3-4 for cold bar and 3-4-5 (!!!) for hot bar. I think we also use more espresso (2-2-3)?

As a green bean, I did not know this! Perhaps they thought this because on the app it says white mocha fraps get 2-3-4 pumps?

Hot bar pumps pump double the volume of cold bar pumps, and since there's no mocha cold bar pumps, it's always 1-2-2.

Yes for hot bar hot drinks! But fraps are pumps of syrup 2-3-4 cbs and 1-2-2 hot bar pumps into the frap
