Email it to your DM, email should be on a business card in your store or can be found on the hub.
Take it to another store manager in your district, one that has a reputation for being helpful and caring. Don't do this if you can't identify a safe manager to talk to. The idea is to hopefully get another manager intervene and also start to have your managers peers see them as the dangerous person they are. They who get the story out first is the one usually believed, at first.
Then call our HR, PCC, and then the Ethics and Compliance line. Two separate entities. Have the other partner also call this line. If anyone you know has even the slightest complaint about the manager, have them call in too. Power in numbers.
Good luck!! It really does work, reporting, its just not always lightning fast or comfortable. You're strong just committing to doing this, take comfort in your strength.

Make your statement complete and factual. Have anyone who witnessed the threats to make a quick factual statement and sign with their contact info. Do not compare your statements. There will and should be slight variations, as everyone sees different pieces.
Email packet to your DM. Call 888sbux411, follow prompts to partner contact center, open case, email the documents. Contact ethics and compliance here: https://businessconduct.eawebline.com/ submit documents to them. They will be your protection against retaliation and you will have a case worker moving forward that you can contact daily if you believe your SM is retaliating.
Ultimately this usually ends with a slap on the wrist for your sm, and they change the behaviors and never mention it to you again. If you are informed and follow the procedures they will 100% lose their job if they retaliate.
