ive been with the company for over a year and i would have asked to be a trainer by now but i was in school and it wasnt worth it to me. now im working a second part-time job but keeping about 25 ish hours (4 days a week) open for sbux. 2 of our morning trainers are pretty much being promoted to ssv which leaves one morning trainer and a night trainer. i know my SM likes and respects me, im just worried he would turn me down because of my cut availability but i think i would still have plenty of time to train people.
