I have gotten differing opinions on how much syrup goes into a regular cold brew/ cold brew with milk. Is it like an iced coffee and gets full hot bar pumps or is it like a salted cream cfcb and get cold bar pumps? I couldn’t find any information on it on recipe cards or the hub.

cold brews get hot bar pumps, so 3/4/6/7. the only cold brews that get CBS pumps are the specialty cold brews like VSCCB, SCCFCB, etc. i think they actually simplified the VSCCB to 1/2/3/4 hot bar pumps. so if someone orders a grande cold brew with caramel syrup, you do 4 hot bar pumps of caramel syrup.

At my store and as far as I know regular cold brew doesn’t get syrup
