so we very regularly run out of grande nitro lids so we end up using some lids. there have been several times customers will ask for a flat lid, like if we had them i would’ve used it. also we recently switched from plastic to paper straws. i’ve had customers complain, and throw out the initial straw and ask for a plastic one. we have plastic straws reserved for disabled people that come into our store so they aren’t even on the floor.
