Must be Some glitch happened to sounds like everyone. Fixed mine by googling the Spotify starbucks login and logging back in with partner numbers. Next time i opened spotify it was premium again. Took 2 minutes.

I heard it was just a glitch and you may have to re sign up? Not sure exactly, but they do know it’s an issue
