UK. Does Starbucks pay the proper minimum wage to all employees over the age of 18?(self.starbucksbaristas)

If you are unaware the UK has a thing called "youth rates"
Which basically means you aren't entitled to minimum wage until you're 25. It's dumb. Proper minimum wage is £8.72 I'm 20 so the "minimum wage" for me is £6.45. When I turn 21 it will be £8.20. Only fast food places really follow this but some places who you would think know better follow it too. So I always check.

Okay what the fuck !! Maybe if you’re under 18 that could slide but 25? By then most people are functioning adults living on their own.
I live in the US so I can’t really give you a good answer but I can say that Starbucks likes to brag that they pay more than minimum wage (even if it’s only like two cents like my state lol) so the same might be true in the UK
