ive noticed this is a somewhat recent trend. why? what do they do with it? and whats the point of an afagato shot when its not even blended? someone PLEASE explain why people order this

Easy. They take it home and blend it themselves. I’m sure the texture isn’t the same, but regulars are my store do this with Teas as well. I don’t mind much, labor is labor.

We have a person who mobiles almost this exact order. And this is how I make it. They come in a couple times a week and freak out because it's not what they want and I should know that they didnt mean to punch it in that way.. the first couple times they ordered I waited until they got to the store to clarify but now that it's been brought up and continues to happen.... 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ change the damn order. Honestly. if I've brought it up and you continue to punch it in that way I will make it the way you order. To the letter. 🤷🏼♀️ not my fault you can't figure out how to use your phone or take the time to punch it in the way you actually want it. I'm not a fucking mind reader.
