Nope it’s 20 hours average! So if you only work 10 this week if you’ve worked an extra ten at some point over the past 3 months you’re all good. After you’re eligible, it’s just audited every 6 months with the 20 average so missing weeks is fine as long as you have the hours elsewhere.

The audit is done quarterly, so every three months.
