if anything id instill sequencing immediately and get them into the habit of that quickly because it makes everything easier in the long run. i wished my trainer put more emphasis on sequencing properly when i was trained

The updating training activities are actually the best I’ve ever seen them to be. Use them to succeed, but also know where you can amend according to your own teaching style. You won’t cover absolutely everything they need to know, and that’s ok. Your green beans are going to be overwhelmed. They’re going to forget things. Just keep reminding them everyone starts somewhere. Encourage them and never let them feel insignificant.

From a green bean......Just be patient really, personally what I really liked about my trainer was that they didn't mind repeating stuff to me over and over (Especially with bar training), and they made clear they're not mad just correcting me so I don't get into the habit of doing even little things wrong. I mean everybody's different, but for me, and the green beans I've seen come in after me, it's a new environment, with new people, and very chaotic, it's easy to forget things even after you've told us five, six, or seventy-six times
