It's usually the shift doing the bins and running around like chickens with their heads cut off with no breaks between customers. Labor cuts means we are doing a lot more at once now. I'm not saying we like it by any means, but we're managing. It's very stressful for everyone. I hope we'll be able to have as many people working like we did before. We have one person on dto DTR, one person for dt Bar and one person for cafe and mobiles. One person on warming and the shift as Cs, front POS. We get there at 5 with two people, we open at 530, a third comes in around 545-6 then the fourth around 7. People trickle in and out after that. Lunch time it feels like we have the most people, then it trickles back down to 4-3 ish.
