Today I was working as a borrowed partner on DTO. The car in front of the woman im talking about today had a couple food items. For some reason or another this took some time and we sat there talking, making a "good connection" the lady in question pulls up and complains that I should have just gotten her number if I wanted to talk to her that long, and asked me if we were friends. I explained that I was a borrowed partner, not from the area and didnt know her, that they just had some food items that took a little longer.
She proceeded to bump her very complicated hot drink and spill it all over me. I grabbed a napkin that touched her drink so she demanded it be remade "you know because the napkins been sitting there and saftey reasons". IF YOURE SO CONCERNED WHY ARE YOU HERE????????? Like honestly, the germs on your cup are the same ones on the napkin that just got pulled. If the germs are such a big deal you shouldn't be ordering from a starbucks knowing we have to come into contact with so many people because were considered "essential".

Once I was taking a while to grab a bag of coffee for a customer and I couldn’t find it at first so it took me a little longer than expected (he’d ordered it at the window but it wasn’t a big deal bc I literally just had to grab it) and right as I’m handing it to him the car behind him honks their horn and I could tell it was intentional. Then he pulls away and I see a five year old kid walk away from the bushes after peeing. The next car pulls up and we were like “....is that your son? Please don’t let him out of your car around other moving cars like that” and she was like “well he needed to pee and the guy in front of me was ordering extra drinks!!” Like you had no idea what was going on up here and you honking was not gonna make the process any faster. You’re in the drive thru. You expected a wait.
