You should be doing check-ins daily. Which is temp check and going through the covid questions (were you exposed, do you have symptoms ect) and it will tell you what to do. Which in this case, itll tell you to self quarantine.
If you're continuing to have problems, call the partner contact center. Your SM should not be trying to get you in. It's not fair to your coworkers, or yourself.
