These types of customers are absolutely ridiculous. Like why do we coddle people like this. Oh right, customer service.

Ugh a monster. We have a woman who wants a 5 shot venti cappuccino that is bone dry. Only foam. No problem. But doesn’t she complain everyday that it’s “heavy” ma’am you have 5 espresso shots in here... it’s going to have a fair amount of liquid :/

Two regulars both annoying drink orders.

Customer 1: 5 espresso shot ice Caramel macchiato/ Carmel crunch frap. (she changes from time to time.) thank God she's nice and polite.

customer 2: venti ice caramel macchiato *ice before the milk* don't do it wrong or she’ll asks you to do it over again. (that woman will know.)

I had a wretched woman who would order a trenta green tea, unsweetened, no water, no ice. Then watch you like a hawk to make sure you still shook it. Shake what??? Bitch it’s just uncut tea.

that’s so stupid. we had a customer like that and they’d basically breathe down your neck. one of our shifts actually talked to them and said that if they don’t want their order to be made before they get here, they should order in store
