So I’m getting a new job and this job is going to have me working a little over 40 hours a week. I have been working at Starbucks since we opened back up again (I know I missed out on the paid leave). Anyway Starbucks is fine and I love it however before COVID and when I had Starbucks in mind for places to work at I wanted a job where I could sustain myself financially but these past few weeks there has been a lot of cuts in hours and I only get less than 20 hours so this week I got 17 hours. I work two jobs and I put in around 50 hours already. I’m thinking of quitting my other job and focusing on my new job and having Starbucks as a job for the weekends and putting in like 10-12 hours a week. Mind you I love my job at Starbucks. It’s the best and everyone I’ve met so far I love them. I wouldn’t trade them for anything. I’m just thinking would my SM approve of that? or is she just gonna let me go if I’m only putting in 10-12 hours?
