It was! We were the only Starbucks in that area, so the DM insisted we stay open with a coffee trailer. It was late July through mid August, but at least we were allowed to dress down in yoga pants and t shirts...

4-5 people. One at the window for orders, maybe 2 people on bar&cold bev, and one unlucky CS running back and forth with a Walmart cart to haul product and milk from the storage unit.
While we had a fridge in the trailer, it was a standard under the counter, so runs had to be made to the big fridge in storage 😅
