Do you always get a 10/break for every shift worked?(self.starbucksbaristas)

I have some baby 3 hour shifts. Should I expect to get a break? Or is there a minimum to earn a break?

It's 4 hours but you could always ask. I'd never say no to someone asking for one!

Depends on labor laws for where you live but personally I think for every shift you should at least get a 10, even if it’s not technically the law. Working a shift (even a short one) without a break kinda sucks

I think every 4 hours earns you a 10 and every 6 hours earns you a 30. I always ask my partners who work under if they want a 10 cause the job can be exhausting so matter how long you’ve worked. Don’t be afraid to ask the call player for one during your check in if you want one. Sometimes it slips our minds if it’s not mapped out on the DCR!

You get a 10 for every 4 hours (so after 2 hours you’ll get a 10 and work 2 more hours after that). Technically 3 hour shift doesn’t need a 10 but I always give a 10 to a partner who is working under 4 hours (which rarely happens). Just ask your SSV for one.
