We’ve had them here for over a year now! They’re a little hard to get used to, but so amazing once you do.

Pro tips:
• Expect people to ask for straws with iced caramel macchiatos, but encourage them to order it upside down if they want it mixed

• I personally strongly adhere to the straw rules (they go with blended beverages and dome lids only!) And only hand out more straws if they ask. Makes me feel better about waste lol

• most people still ask for straws *facepalm*

• if people get mad about the new lids, you can explain they’re thinner so they use less plastic and they stack thinner, therefore ship easier!

omg!! i havent seen anyone with these yet? whats the protocol on them? all drinks? certain drinks?

we’ve had those for a while and i miss the old lids !! 😭 these ones are kinda dumb and they don’t stay on all the way. you’ll go to grab your cup from the top and it’ll just pop right off
