Hi, i’m 17 from PA and i really want to work at starbucks but idk if i can commit to more than 2-3 days per week/8-10 hours. Is there a minimum? And what’s the average pay?

12 hours a week is the standard minimum availability required by corporate. You may be able to find a manager with that kind of need, but it’ll be difficult.

I work only 8 during the school year sometimes none even. My manager doesn’t mind since I work a ton during the summer

I usually work 12 hours a week during school but I know coworkers who’ve worked one shift a week ideally a 4 hour or 6 hour shift
