This happens just about every shift for me. We close at 6 and around 5:58 a group of 2-8 people walk in ordering frapps and espresso drinks.

He seems like an asshole, yes. But to be fair, she did the barista close down the espresso machine before close? And if the barista wants to leave early and closed down the machine before close, why didn’t the barista lock the doors?
