It sounds like their issue with you at this point is that you’re having issues staying in your role. You said you’ve already been corrected about leaving and getting food when you’re not in that role, but you’re doing it anyways. And then, in the same shift, you left your position again when you had a designated person who could get those things for you. It wasn’t your decision to make if they were too busy, because your shift had already decided to put them in a role where they were going to be multitasking.

All of that said, I’ve seen this same thing with a handful of partners over the years so I don’t want you to think you’re like, doomed. You’ll learn to fight the urge to do everything yourself, you’ll find out where you belong in the store, this person will either decide to give you a chance once you’ve been around more or they’ll be forced to be around you so much that you guys will find a way to work together and have it be okay. Keep your head up and stay planted.

That’s true about leaving, I need to stay put and I understand that. However the spoon thing I was specifically told to run and go get it, so I guess they were still mad about the food before. I’ll just stay out of their way at this point. Not everyone has to like me and I need to deal with that
