how many of y’all have that person that mobile orders an americano with milk, then whines it’s cold and then flips out when they’re told it’s an additional charge for the amount of steamed milk they want because they ignored the advice to just order a misto

Almost all the time. I remember about 5 years ago we had a a lady that would do that but also order in store. Grande Americano. No water,steamed milk extra hot and cinnamon powder. Everytime we told her she would huff and puff and finally pay for a late. Took months to drill it in her head.
