I'm a prev barista (about 2 yrs ago) but I was wondering if a mocha drizzle on java chip frapp isn't a thing anymore? everytime I get jcf throughout my town, they never put mocha drizzle on it anymore. Not much of a problem really, im just curious

I think it's just bad training. I am the only one at my store that believes in the mocha drizzle bottle, as much as I try to make it a thing, no one cares...especially now.

Yeah I figured if it did change there wouldnt be any mocha drizzle on the menu pic 😂 I just like to scoop it up with my straw on the whipped cream and eat it lol

There's supposed to be but sometimes it's forgotten, and other times there's too much whip and it would be a mess to even attempt to do it

Mocha fraps also don’t get the drizzle. If it gets the chips, it gets the drips.

You can look up recipes on the HUB or on the iPad. Also on the register, on the right side, it should tell you if it gets it or not.

Your shift is incorrect. Hot mochas, mochas frap, WM mocha fraps, all don’t get the drizzle.

I'm not sure if there's a mocha shortage or something (my sm might not be ordering correctly since she's spread so thin too), but we keep running out of mocha sauce before the weekly truck arrives.

Mocha should be on your daily order (for corporate stores). But maybe some regions only have it on weekly order.

Honestly I know it goes on it but there have been so many times people say they don’t want it, or people don’t even know it goes on it. I don’t put it on there and I never have customers ask for it. And when they want it, they usually specify mocha drizzle.
