I would say that I am quite the brownie enthusiast. Do any other brownie enthusiasts notice a difference in types of brownies? There are the really dense ones that have a bad taste and an even worse texture. I feel these are the middle brownies but like not made with love. Then there are the fluffy brownies that make me feel good inside. These are the edge pieces and are vastly superior to the middle pieces. Just some food for thought.
