Help! I had a phone interview with a Starbucks manager today which went really well, and I was invited for an in-person interview with the same manager next week. What should I expect for that interview? Any tips would be appreciated!

Definitely wear a mask. Make it a huge point to express that you enjoy interacting with customers and getting to know them personally.

Wear a mask!! And dress for an interview; I can’t tell you how many kids have shown up in jeans and a t-shirt who didn’t understand... the uniform is generally neutral colors, so a clean polo/blouse and nice pants are just fine.
Keywords are things like “connect”, “nurture”, “inspire”, “warmth”, “creating experiences”, “making moments right”, stuff like that. Google the mission statement and the “Third Place” idea.
The major idea is to talk about how you like connecting with people, and how you have the persistence to learn & grow. And of course be friendly and awake! We’re here to wake up other people with coffee, after all.
