Is this normal? I'm still kinda new. Those orders for a refresher or PNK, etc. with no water, no ice?! I feel like handing them a Strawberry Acai box and a straw...

I don't hate making these drinks but on principle I wish the app/pos would just upcharge automatically for no or or water drinks.

Its actually very normal....most people dont like how the ice and water "dilute" the flavor... so they asl for it without...you will get use to it...thats not the crazy tbing you will hear trust me.

today someone ordered two trenta mango dragonfruit refreshers no water no ice so you know I just poured that concentrate into the cup with the berries in it voilà

I mean, good on them I guess? It's smart to do it that way if you order without water, because no upcharge. What gets to me is when people order it normally (say, a venti refresher) and two grande cups of ice. That's not getting more for your money, it's just filling in around the ice. Ordering with no water and no ice is smart though.
