Partners who've had Bariatric surgery with SBUX insurance(self.starbucksbaristas)

Since open enrollment has started, I've been looking into changing my health insurance. Specifically to something which I know will cover all (or at least most) of weight loss surgery. Has anyone here ever had it? Which tier of which plan did you have?

I had Blue Cross Blue Shield Silver plan. Surgery coast 24000 I received 11000 discount for using a doctor within my network and after insurance kicked in only paid 5000 in installments. A thousand of that is needed up front before surgery. Found that out like 2 weeks before but my family helped me come up with the funds.
Side Note: If you are a woman and have big boobs that cause back problems get breast reduction first. There will be extra skin and it will fall under cosmetic surgery after the weight loss. If you are a man see if there are any options for you out there to deal with male breast. Like liposuction or something similar.
