Me: *sets down a tall mango dragonfruit extra fruit at the end of the bar*
Customer: *proceeds to pick up tall MDR with extra fruit* “Is this my drink?”
Me: “No I’m sorry ma’am that’s for the customer ahead of you. Your drink will be up shortly.”

My coworkers tell me of a time pre covid when they set a mocha Frappuccino out in the lobby and a woman came and grabbed it and held it up and said “excuse me this should be a HOT mocha”. The name was Ken on the Frappuccino and the woman’s name was Kim.
