Hi. Quick question
I need to make a report to HR/PRSC but I was told by several people that this will be on my employment records.. that scares me because I don’t want this to be an issue when I apply for other jobs.
That being said I feel like I really need to and should report this. Can I get some opinions on what I should do/can do?
(Im in Canada btw)
(I’m new here but if DMing is a thing I can tell my situation in detail to get more information...)

You can DM me if you want about your specific issue, but depending on what you’re reporting, you can choose to go through Ethics and Complince to file your complaint, which is completely anonymous.

Idk how it is in Canada but here in the U.S. if a potential employer checks your references 1.) that’s done through corporate and not the individual store you worked at 2.) all they can really say is that you worked there and for how long (and possibly if you’re eligible for rehire but don’t quote me on that part).
