Sounds like our ice machine.
We have the small version because our bar is physically small and we’re high volume.... sometimes it gets so bad we buy out the nearby grocery stores and we have to bribe *chain fast food joint* for their ice.

Im not sure what 1 person on door means.... our playbook. Has 4 part coverage with 1 person on bar, one person in drive, the individual up front gets to run bar support when possible and food partner does food and CS tasks. Its hard and most times the play flexes so that I have 2 bars and I run the front. I grab a bucket of ice, every 3rd of 4th coffee cycle. Its about effective management of partners.
