How is cat pay working now? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I just had to go on quarantine for 10 days. This is my first time since the initial cat pay so i know im getting paid but will it work the same way? Is it the average amount of hours you work or is it different? And if it is average amount of hours, what is that average based off of bc hours have been drastically cut since being back

You get paid for the shifts you were scheduled for that you now cannot work

Maybe they recorded the shifts you were supposed to work? My SM kept me on the schedule the whole time but put me under non coverage so it would easier to enter in the cat pay and everyone knew I wasn’t going to be there.
