report it to corporate! that's not acceptable at all, there's a certain line you can call that is anonymous so you won't be hurt for reporting :)

If it's causing consistent problems in your lobby where social distancing is being ignored and you and your team feel unsafe, don't hesitate to let your SM and/or dm. If they throw their hands in the air just go to pcc.

We were supposed to open for outdoor seating only but then our DM decided we’d open cafe seating too because “we need to start making up the profit loss” and now there’s basically always people inside with their masks off. How do we enforce the mask policy to other people when there’s another customer 2 feet away from them without one? Our dm banned us from using sanitizing wipes, so we have to manually spray multi purpose and wipe as we go smh

I didn’t know this was a thing. lol. My DM made my SM spent a whole morning not only stickering those dumb circles that nobody bothers to look but also arrow tapes pointing where customers should go. Now she made us remove EVERYTHING because ‘it looks sloppy!’ *insert guess I’ll die meme here*
