he wont help me and im moving into college literally next week. i told him a 3 weeks ago i wasnt going to be able to work past the 14th. i watched him put it into his computer yet he has scheduled me past the 14th. got MAD when i said ‘hey. i cant do that im not going to live im this city anymore’ what do i do? i dont want to leave starbucks but im stuck . pls help i really need advice ive been w stbx for over a year

Contact corporate, or contact the store you want to transfer to so they can help.

Have you contacted the store you are transferring to? Does the SM of that store knows you want to transfer and accepts transfers? It’s on you to find a store and fill out transfer request form. Maybe talk to your DM?

When I moved to college, I identified the store I’d be transferring to and reached out to the manager by calling and introducing myself to see if she was still taking transfers. I got the store number and was able to put that on the transfer request form which you do have to give to the manager and they send it to the DM and then it gets sent to manager and DM of your new store.
Not sure how it’s working now with the new availability system but I also sent in a copy of my availability with classes and everything so my new store manager would be able to incorporate me into her next schedule.
