I’ve worked here for three years and I’m struggling to stay motivated :( anyone have any tips? I just want to feel like it’s really worth it to leave my bed and drive to work because most days it doesn’t feel like it and I want to just call out

lots of people quitting lately cause its not as good of a company to work for as they used to be

Since the start of the pandemic we've had a total of 12 people quit, some are still working atm but they won't be for long. It's crazy to think how much has changed in such a short amount of time.
This nonprofit website is run by volunteers.
