You have to change your availability in team works so it is in the system. Then the SM approves of it. If you don't do that, there's no digital record of your availability. Only thing you can really do right now is message your SM or try to switch shifts with people or both.

What if I change my availability on the store computer every time, is that ok??? I’ve been a partner for 6 months and I don’t have the Teamworks app

The thing you go to for your schedule on the store computer is teamworks. You don't need the app. You just need the partner hub login and password for teamworks to let you sign in.

When I became a partner I tried to log in and it never let me so I gave up. What would be my username and password bc I tried my partner number with and without the US in it. And it says login error. Or am I suppose to go through the organizational account option???! I’m lost sorry

How do I switch shifts with other people? Is it just going up to other partners and asking them? And is there any way to tweak the all day availability on the app? Because it only has a button to turn on and off all day availability. Also thanks you so much for the reply it’s a really big help!!

When you go into teamworks you should be able to go into the My Availability section and then hit “request availability” and then from there click the check mark beside the weekdays to get rid of all day availability and you should be able to put in the times your available for. As for getting shifts covered you can ask the people at your store, in the city I live in there’s a Facebook page with partners who live in the same city so we can all swap shifts with each other, if there’s not that you can always try calling the stores in your area and seeing if anyone from nearby stores can take your shifts

My SM won't let us swap shifts with people from other stores right now. He'd rather no one come in than someone from another store come in. To be fair, we're the only one in the area to not close down to covid so far.
