There’s a guy who comes into my store who asks for a tall pike, 15-20 raw sugars separately in a grande cup, and a short cup of cream, freely admits that he makes 2 coffees from it, and refuses to put the mask over his nose. He even argued with my manager about the mask several times, and he comes in EVERYDAY. He is the male version of a Karen (apologies to people actually named Karen who aren’t jerks)

At my starbucks we just say its policy that we can't out condiments accept cream in cups and it has to be on the side, always works and they can't argue.
