Hey y’all I’m new to this page but idk where else to go. I was recently forcibly transferred to a store that just switched from Café to DT. It was my second day there. So many issues but my biggest question is this. Something happened with some customers and both the ASM and SM ended up having to help me handle them. SM called the police. At my old store, all three of us would have filled out an incident report. Here, my SM says only she fills out incident reports, and refused to let me talk with the police either, even though I was the person that experienced what happened? She didn’t even ask me what happened before she came on the floor (the last minute of my ten minute interaction). Honestly this feels really weird to me. Why refuse to let partners fill out an incident report?? (I have other issues here too but this is something I can’t get over).
