Was it just one person who came to pick it up? Cuz that's the most satisfying feeling when the pick up person isn't the one who put in the order and they just stare at you in awe as if you have to help them take it away. When in reality you're just passing the torture stake to them

It’s so interesting how different experiences exist between different stores.
I recently took over a cafe only store with 50% MOP.
Either we make our uber eats orders and no one ever shows up.
Or, like you said, the derivier arrived and the tickets are still buried in the MOP queue

Not sure if you guys are aware, but we have the ability to cancel orders on the Uber DOM. I did it twice last week when the same customer 2 separate times attempted to order 15 drinks and 12 food items
