Had one customer today speak in the DT so everyone heard it over the headset. She basically said even though it was super busy we were doing a great job. It was so nice to hear that. A lot of customers are so rude lately even when there’s a line wrapped around the store and we’re clearly understaffed. I thought at first she was a partner but I don’t think she was. I went ahead and gave her a size up on her drink.
