Let me start by saying that I have an amazing opening crew. I am keyholder M-F most weeks.
I woke my opening barista up this nirninh at 4"35am, and they were able to get to the store in 21 minutes! We unlocked the doors only 5 minutes late!
I hate opening late, but we lucked out and didn't miss a beat or a customer😎

That’s awesome! I had to open the store 2 hours late last weekend because call outs and it’s just the most stressful thing.

I have had some doozy mornings. I just hate waking up my DM at 5am to explain and ask for them to turn off my MOP.

Oh man, I’m the opening shift at my store and we’ve been opening at 6, so clocking in at 5:30 obvs. Well, the other day I had a particular bad day and didn’t end up even unlocking the store until 6:08. ‘Twas rough
