I don’t know if this is your first job or not.
But Normally!! You’re not supposed to feel this way at all during work.
Is it your coworkers or just the volume per dollar?

It’s my first job. My coworkers aren’t bad at all. I just gets so busy most of the times and it tires me out.

Yeah it sounds like you feel under appreciated based on pay per labor output. As a SSV I try my best to rotate partners on different stations to not get this feeling but if your just a super busy store in general then I don’t think it’s gonna help.
I’m sorry you feel this way but the first step is to tell either your SSV or your SM and tell them so they can try and work with you.
