Hi all! I know that we all have those shitty customers from time to time but I just wanted to share this positive experience today with a customer. She’s a regular and came by, paid for her order and the person behind her (she usually does this). I’ve asked her why she does this and she says that if she can afford to come to Starbucks on a daily, she can afford a few extra dollars and make someone’s day. She also made the whole team’s day by tipping us quite a large amount too! It’s just so nice to feel appreciated once in a while yknow?
