I shouldn't have to walk you through your entire order.
Tips when ordering drinks:
\-start with size
\- clarify if its hot or iced (when ordering drinks that can be made both ways)
\- if you don't want whip cream SAY THAT
\-if you want something other than 2% SAY THAT
\- if you want milk and sugar in your coffee specify how much sugar, which type, and what kind of milk you want If you really want half & half or non-dairy milks. Don't wait for your drink to be made to then modify it.

I get really tired of “light and sweet” ok what kind of milk/cream do you want? what kind of sugar? Different people have different answers!!
“Regular” milk is also frustrating and I get that clarified. One time I was like “2%?” And the customer got all irritated because I didn’t automatically know they meant whole milk.

I hate taking about milk with people I had this one guy say he wanted “D milk” and I’d never heard of that so I looked at him confused and said “we don’t have that, we have 2%, nonfat and whole” his response was “that’s what I said D milk!” Took another few minutes of back and forth and my confusion before he finally clarified that D milk is whole milk. Never in my 22 years have I ever heard whole milk called that.

D Milk probably means Vitamin D Milk but I’m not entirely sure what that is.

That’s exactly what he meant but in my head I’m like all milk has vitamin D in it so why is whole milk D milk?

Depending on the manager we won’t remake a mobile order if typed out wrong, sometimes they just don’t care if they complain. Like they typed what they typed and we made exactly that.
