I usually get Timberland hiking shoes. Hiking stuff tends to have lots of support and lasts a long time.

Walmart has a line of work shoes in a couple different styles, they are the best nonslips I've tried and I've been buying the same ones from them for the almost 5 years I've been a partner. $20 and I never slip even a little, and I find them very comfortable.

I have a pair from Shoes for Crews that I love! They’re nonslip and made for people who work in kitchens, etc. I add my own insert (I like Superfeet as they have lots of options depending on what support you need) to make them comfortable for long hours on my feet!
