You can see how some of our customers act when they don't get their way. Some older lady that was a partner almost ripped my head off when I was new because I asked for her partner card.

I don’t really have more details. We came in to open and our DT sign looked like the one in the picture except it was an oblong hole with pointed ends. The only thing that we could think of it being was an axe. Then we had customers commenting that our sign was broken for days until it got fixed...

Probably a rock honestly.
We had a homeless man throw a large rock at a customers vehicle yesterday after having him kicked out of the store.

(He’s not allowed in the store due to throwing a punch at a barista)

Definitely a rock, bullet would cause a hole thru the screen, not just an impact mark. Also bullet would probably cause less cracking than that.
