The process is almost identical mobile orders. At least on Starbucks side. It comes through the same, the mobile order and delivery stickers come out of the same sticker machine and instead of “cafe” or “mobile” or “drive through” it just says “delivery”. And then you make the drink like any other drink, the only thing that changes is once it’s made instead of hanging it out or putting it on the mobile stand you put it in handle bag, write the name of the customer on the bag and then close the bag with a large Starbucks sticker that is provided to the store upon adding delivery. Then you just set the order aside until an Uber delivery guy/girl comes and says he/she is there to get it and then you just hand it to him/her. Not really much difference but they definitely can have all of the same edits to orders and everything like mobiles.
