I’m so done with entitled customers. (self.starbucksbaristas)

This girl came through, probably early twenties, with her mom in the drive through and they ordered two of the kiwi refreshers, one grande and the other venti. They got the venti first and the girl takes a sip and decides she doesn’t want it and they want to exchange the drinks for Strawberry Acais. In an attempt to keep the line moving we made them both new drinks and because of COVID she had to keep the kiwi drink in the car with her.

After a few minutes of her complaining about being there for so long and other critiques she had about our service, she got her drinks and said in a real bitchy tone, “Um, I’m gonna need straws for these.”

“Oh actually those are our new strawless lids so you don’t actually need the straws, but I can get you them if you would like me to.”

*scoffs* “Uh, yeah. I’m gonna need them.”

I gave her the straws and as they were leaving they had the nerve to throw their damn kiwi refresher out the window and litter in our parking lot. I almost lost my mind.

Y’all are selling kiwi already!?! It doesn’t launch until tomorrow where I am.

Still it’s disgusting that people think they can just litter. I had a woman eat her cake pop while waiting for her drink and then grow the stick out of her car window while driving away, it made me so mad!

Yeah we started selling it today by our managers wishes... and I just don’t understand what goes through peoples minds when they think they can just throw trash everywhere.

Trash Pandas should be made to scrape all the gum off the sidewalks and pick up trash all over town.
